By using the app on either a smartphone or with a pair of glasses, the consumers will be connected with highly trained, remotely-located agents. The app then will immediately give the requested information to the users as they touch the main button of the app. Thereby the innovators want to increase everyday efficiency, engagement but also the independence of blind people. It is very easy and simple to use and free to download.

Consumers can either download the Aira app on their smartphones or use smart glasses which goes with an integrated camera. As soon as they press a button, they will be connected to highly-trained employees. The agents are remotely located and can see whatever the consumer sees by either their smartphone camera or with the smart glasses and its camera. It provides instant access to information to which the consumers normally have a hard time to get to. The information will then be translated in real time to the user. The mission of aira is to provide equal access to the world, anywhere, anytime.

The innovation was created by using artificial intelligence and augmented reality. The company hired highly trained employees to access highest efficiency.

Nowadays it is getting more easy for disabled people to cope in everyday life. With this app visually impaired people around the world get the chance to a normal life.
